Entry

Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Offer is not available to government or fleet buyers. Customers can receive up to three entries into the prize draw by completing the following activities during the promotion period, from 16 June to 31 July 2025:

1. Service their vehicle at any One SMG dealership (excluding Dave Benson Caravans) – one entry. Note: capped price servicing is not eligible.

2. Have their vehicle appraised – one entry.

3. Book and complete a test drive of a selected vehicle – one entry. The eligible list of vehicles is available on the dealership website, denoted by a “Special” label.

Customers must fill out the entry form available at the dealership upon completion of service, vehicle appraisal, or test drive to receive each ticket. Customers entering the Promotion give their consent to be contacted, and to receive marketing materials from the dealership at which they entered.

Prize

The prize (Offer) is $10,000AUD or equivalent, to be awarded to the winner via EFT. The Offer cannot be transferred to another recipient. Redemption of the Offer is subject to verification of the promotion steps outlined in the entry criteria and is at management discretion. The Offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The winner will accept all risks, losses, delays, errors or omissions that might occur in the course of delivery of the Offer.

Drawing

There will be one winner, drawn at random from entries across all eleven participating dealerships in SA, NSW and Victoria, after the conclusion of the promotional period. The draw will take place at 11am on Tuesday the 5th of August, at One SMG, 5/111 Gawler Pl, Adelaide SA 5000. The winner will be notified by phone and email. One SMG will undertake reasonable efforts make contact with the winner, however in the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of drawing, the prize will be forfeited. No redraw will take place. The initial of the first name, full last name and the postcode of the winner will be published on the One SMG website (onesmg.au) within 30 days of the draw.

Record Keeping

The details provided by participants of the Promotion will be retained by One SMG for a period no less than 3 months after the draw. All records relating to the Promotion, including records pertaining to the distribution of prizes and unclaimed goods, will be retained for a period no less than 3 months after the draw.

Cancellation

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
